We extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to all delegates arriving from different parts of the country, especially to our guests visiting the vibrant region of North Karnataka. Known for its rich heritage, warm hospitality, unique cuisine, colorful culture, and progressive spirit, Hubballi stands proudly as an important educational and business hub of Karnataka.

Registration Process

  1. Scan the QR Code displayed above and make the payment for the applicable registration amount.
    OR
    Use the UPI ID: 70020634018685@cnrb to complete the payment.
  2. After successful payment, please:
    • Note down the UTR / Transaction ID.
    • Take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
  3. Fill in all the required registration details in the online registration form.
  4. Enter the UTR / Transaction ID in the designated field.
  5. Upload the payment screenshot (Maximum file size: 2 MB).
  6. Submit the registration form.
Important Note
  • Registration will be processed only after payment verification.
  • Payment confirmation and registration approval will be sent via email within 3–5 working days.
  • Please retain the payment screenshot and UTR number until confirmation is received.
